Hi, I'm Sydney Griggs — the person behind The Farmhouse.

I became a transaction coordinator in February 2026, and it didn't take long to fall in love with the work — the deadlines, the details, the quiet satisfaction of watching a file cross the finish line without a single loose end.

But it took losing a job to find the company I was meant to build. I was let go from the TC company I worked for, and in the shuffle, their agents stopped getting the attention they deserved. I couldn't shake the feeling that there was a better way to do this — one agent, one file, done right. So I started The Farmhouse.

When I'm not buried in contracts and closing timelines, you'll find me at home in Iowa with my husband, a diesel technician who can fix just about anything, and our three dogs, who've unofficially appointed themselves my coworkers — always underfoot, always convinced the mail carrier is a threat. We're suckers for mountain views and a good movie marathon, and most of my best thinking happens when cleaning the house or halfway through a bag of popcorn.

I started this business because agents deserve a transaction coordinator who has time for them — who answers the phone, remembers the details, and treats every file like it's the only one on the desk. That's what The Farmhouse is built on, and it's what you'll get when you work with me.
